5 Lessons Learnt While 3D Printing in ABS for First Time

I must admit that ABS is little difficult material to handle in FDM type additive manufacturing. Although this is not the first time i am using ABS for printing my stuffs, still i thought the learnings are worth sharing.

I faced two major challenges:

  1. Uprooting of the printed part from the base-plate
  2. Slender members getting broken while printing by hitting with the extruder
