I must admit that ABS is little difficult material to handle in FDM type additive manufacturing. Although this is not the first time i am using ABS for printing my stuffs, still i thought the learnings are worth sharing.
I faced two major challenges:
- Uprooting of the printed part from the base-plate
- Slender members getting broken while printing by hitting with the extruder
